Is Sara Ali Khan’s mother afraid of competition?

Since the dawn of 2017, Sara Ali Khan has been rumored to make her grand debut in almost every major movie that had been announced this year. Be it Thugs Of Hindostan, Student Of The Year 2 or even in a project with Ranveer Singh, no movie has made news without being linked to Sara Ali Khan.

Recently, the news had surfaced that the gorgeous star kid will finally make her debut in Karan Johar’s maiden launchpad Student Of The Year 2, which will revolve around Tiger Shroff and two ladies and will sport three different bikinis. Seems like this particular debut is going to be nothing but a rumor which will die its natural course, courtesy her mother Amrita Singh.

The news is that Amrita Singh is deeply involved in the decision-making process of the debut of her daughter, who has also stated that if Sara is to make her debut, she should be the sole leading lady of that project as her limelight should not be stolen by any other actress. Hence she could probably kiss SOTY 2 goodbye, even if she lands the part.

It could be said that there is no rule of thumb that one character will necessarily overshadow the debutant in a multi-starrer project. Disha Patani, for example. Did a project which starred Kiara Advani stop her from making her debut in M.S Dhoni: The Untold Story?

We feel that a multi-starrer will only test Sara Ali Khan’s mettle. She’s the daughter of Bollywood’s Nawab, after all.
