Sara Ali Khan & Sushant Singh Rajput’s KEDARNATH in trouble yet again!

When the filming of the movie started there was real buzz amongst the audience as this would mark the debut of Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Ali Khan’s and Sushant Singh Rajput teaming up with Abhishek Kapoor was a win-win situation.

But then things got really out of control when the producers of the film backed out and left the project in limbo. The project was then revived by Ronnie Screwvala who came on board and solved the issue by compensating the 3 producers i.e Ekta Kapoor, Prernaa Arora and Bhushan Kumar.

According to a report in a daily three companies have come to Ronnie claiming to be the rightful owner of the theatrical rights of Kedarnath. The 3 companies being Vashu Bhganani’s Pooja Entertainment, Gothic Entertainment and Padma Ispat private limited which is a company based out of Kolkata. They claim that they had sent a copy of their contract to Prernaa Arora.

Ronnie Screwvala and Abhishek Kapoor were shocked when they got a copy of the contract which stated a legal agreement between Prernaa and Vashu Bhagnani that showed she had sold Indian theatrical rights of her entire slate to him.

Vashu Bhagnani also commented on the situation “I have been doing business with Prernaa for over a year. I was shocked to read that Ronnie has taken over the film when the rights are with me. He can’t release the movie, without my consent, and until he pays me my money,”

We hope all of these issues get solved as soon as possible this just hampers the actors and the film crews’ hard work and effort.
