Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor & Ananya Panday’s connection REVEALED!
Just like 2012, 2018 is also set to be the year of big Bollywood debuts. If 2012 saw the debuts of David Dhawan’s son, Varun Dhawan and Mahesh Bhatt’s daughter, Alia Bhatt, 2018 will see the debuts of Chunkey Panday’s daughter, Ananya Panday, Saif Ali Khan’s daughter, Sara Ali Khan and the late Sridevi Kapoor’s daughter, Janhvi Kapoor. The fact that all the three debutants hail from influential families of the entertainment industry isn’t the only factor that connects their debut.
The one name that lies common in their respective films is the Dharma Production scion, Karan Johar. Almost everyone by now is exhausted debating about nepotism’s existence in Bollywood and also how real talent is the only thing that survives. Having said that, social media trolls didn’t take a second to take Karan under their scrutiny and slam him for launching three star-daughters, one after the other. And after having co-hosted the reality show India’s Next Superstars and spoken lines like Na khaandaan, Na sifaarish, he has surely given irony the most brutal death ever.
Sara, Ananya and Janhvi may be sailing in three different ships, but the anchor is the same, and when the anchor is Karan Johar, one need not worry about the harbor. Talking about their respective films, the first one to make her debut is Janhvi Kapoor opposite Ishaan Khatter in Dhadak, a remake of the Marathi blockbuster, Sairat, which is releasing on the 20th of July, 2018. Next in the pipeline is Ananya Panday’s Student Of The Year 2, along with Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria, which is releasing on the 23rd of November, 2018. Lastly, we have Sara Ali Khan opposite Ranveer Singh in Rohit Shetty’s Simmba, scheduled for a 28th December release, while Kedarnath’s release still hangs in the balance.
