Salman supports Pakistani stars, may get slapped with sedition!
An FIR has been filed against superstar Salman Khan after he spoke in favour of letting Pakistani stars work in India. The FIR was filed at the Sakinaka police station by Brahmin Ekta Sewa Sansthan president Akhilesh Tiwari. The complainant has demanded that the 50-yr-old should be slapped with sedition charge.
Yesterday, Salman invited severe criticism from several quarters for speaking in favour of Pakistani actors working in the Hindi film industry. He had said that ‘they are not terrorists and they come here with a proper visa which is issued by the government’.
Tension between India and Pakistan are on all time high after four terrorists had stormed an Army camp in Uri on September 18 and killed 19 soldiers. Post attack, Raj Thackeray led MNS gave an ultimatum to Pak artistes to leave the nation by September 25, failing which they would be thrashed out.
Meanwhile, Raj Thackeray today warned that if actors like Salman Khan have problems with Pakistani actors being asked to leave India, then their movies will be banned.
“These artists should realise ‘Nation first’. If they have so much problem, we will ban their movies too,” he told reporters.
Looks like this matter is getting messy for Indian superstars too!
