Salman Khan’s Tiger Zinda Hai enters the 200 crore club!

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif‘s Tiger Zinda Hai has become one of the biggest blockbusters of 2017. The film opened to some good response at the box office. According to early estimates, the film on its first Thursday has grossed Rs 15.50 crores making a grand total of Rs 206 crore.

Tiger Zinda Hai has beaten the official collections of Kabir Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger, which had minted Rs 198.78 crore at the domestic box office.

With the upcoming extended weekend, the collections of Tiger Zinda Hai are expected to go high.

Previously, at an event, the 52-year-old actor praised his co-star Katrina, saying that this movie is her best work and director Ali Abbas Zaffar has done an incredible job as the film would be a surprise for viewers.

The movie, which revolves around a plot that Indian RAW agent Avinash ‘Tiger’ Singh Rathore and Pakistani spy Zoya reunite after eight years to rescue captured nurses by the ISIL, released on December 22.

The movie also stars Paresh Rawal, Angad Bedi, Girish Karnad and Sajjad Delafrooz in pivotal roles. The film has been across been shot across Austria, Greece, Morocco, Abu Dhabi and India.
