Salman Khan is upset with the BMC!

an The ‘Sultan’ actor visited Aarey Colony yesterday and was supposed to help set up a few toilets in the area. However, he was denied permission by the authorities of the same colony. The authorities at Aarey Colony thought creating infrastructure on the green zone could support illegal settlements.

Salman was upset about the whole episode and he told the BMC that if authorities were not going to allow new toilets to be set up, then there was no point of the whole campaign.

Salman was keen to set up new toilets for them, but he was stopped by the Aarey authorities. As activist Rahul Kanal revealed to a daily, “Salman agreed to make arrangements for water supply through a bore well or set up mobile toilets. He is concerned about them as many slum dwellers and adivasis in the area work at Film City and are known to the actor.”

We hope BMC sorts out its issues with Salman and help create cleanliness in the city!
