Salman Khan rules the list of highest grossing films courtesy Tiger Zinda Hai
The Dabangg of Bollywood Salman Khan achieves one more record at the box office. With four of his films – Tiger Zinda Hai, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Sultan and Kick in the list of highest grossing films, Salman Khan consistently dominates this elite list. Salman has also become the only actor to have three 300 crore films and that to in the consecutive years.
Here’ the list of top 10 grossers of all time
Baahubali 2 (Hindi) – Rs 511 crore
Dangal – Rs 387.39 crore
PK – Rs 340 crore
Tiger Zinda Hai – Rs 322* crore
Bajrangi Bhaijaan – Rs 320.34 crore
Sultan – Rs 300.45 crore
Dhoom 3 – Rs 284 crore
Krrish 3 – Rs 240 crore
Kick – Rs 233 crore
Chennai Express – Rs 227 crore
Tiger Zinda Hai is expected to end its theatrical run in the vicinity of 330 crore. Despite new releases, the film continued to dominate the box office, which itself tells the story of Salman Khan’s star power.
The film has already crossed 500 crores worldwide. With this, Tiger Zinda Hai has become the seventh film to enter the 500-crore club after Baahubali – The Conclusion, Dangal, PK, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Sultan and Dhoom 3.
Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film also stars Paresh Rawal, Sajjad Delafrooz, Kumud Mishra, Angad Bedi and Girish Karnad in key roles.
