Salman Khan meets Jammu & Kashmir’s CM, Mehbooba Mufti, for Race 3
We had earlier reported how the team of Race 3 wanted to shoot a special song for the film in Abu Dhabi, but couldn’t do the same as Salman Khan wasn’t permitted to fly abroad because of his on-going Black Buck case. However, it was learnt that Remo D’ Souza, the director of the film, stated that the song in question was never planned to be shot abroad, but always in Kashmir.
So, Salman Khan, producer Ramesh Taurani and Salman’s bodyguard, Shera, reached the state and also had the opportunity to meet the Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti. The entire crew received a warm welcome and with full cooperation from the state. Ramesh Taurani even shared a picture on his Twitter account, expressing his joy to be shooting here.
We thank the Chief Minister Madam Mehbooba Mufti for welcoming us in Kashmir for the Final Lap of #Race3 with @BeingSalmanKhan #Race3InKashmir #Race3ThisEid pic.twitter.com/T6pRRzKQIu
