Salman Khan honoured with Global Diversity Award
After the failure of Tubelight seems like Salman Khan is having a good time in his career. He recently finished with the shooting of his much-awaited film Tiger Zinda Hai. Salman is also lined up with several big projects like Race 3 and Dabangg 3. To add another feather to his hat Salman Khan was yesterday honoured with Global Diversity Award at Britain’s House of Commons.
Salman received the award from Keith Vaz, British Parliament’s longest-serving Asian MP. Keith Vaz said “Salman Khan is a role model and a hero to millions of people worldwide. Besides his Indian cinema success, Salman is a well-known philanthropist and his NGO Being Human has done life-changing work supporting the underprivileged in India. It is a tremendous honour to present him with the award. I am proud that young Asians worldwide have role models like Salman Khan.”
