Saif Ali Khan concerned about Sara’s acting career!

Saif Ali Khan’s undeniably gorgeous daughter, Sara Ali Khan is FINALLY going to make her much awaited debut opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in Abhishek Verma’s Kedarnath. While we and the near-and-dear ones to Sara are anxiously waiting for her to kick start her acting career, her father Saif Ali Khan is NOT at all happy with her decision to take up acting as a profession.

Speaking about the way he felt after hearing about Sara’s debut, Saif said “A little nervous. Fear is the most driving factor in the industry. Why would she want that for herself? Look at where she studied. After having done that, why wouldn’t she want to live and work in New York, rather than do this? I am not looking down on acting, it’s just it is not the most stable profession. And everyone lives in constant fear. And there is no guarantee that despite doing your best, you will succeed. This is not the life, any parent would want for their children.”

Interestingly, Saif Ali Khan wasn’t even remotely involved in picking Kedarnath as Sara’s debut film, but, being the loving father that he is, he is always ready to give advice. On that topic, he said “No, I wasn’t involved in it. Look, I am there if she needs to ask or talk to me about anything. I know what she is doing and we talk about films just like we do about everything else.”

Although he may not fully support her daughter’s decision for reasons that makes him a parent, there is no doubt that having Saif Ali Khan as a father and a mentor surely makes Sara one of the luckiest debutants.
