REVEALED: The mystery behind Prabhas’ role in Saaho!

Now that Prabhas has already established himself as a global sensation with the SS Rajamouli-directed Baahubali series, all eyes are on his forthcoming high-octane action thriller, Saaho. Apart from the fact that our on-screen regal king is the leading man of the story in question, the film has us eagerly waiting for it because it stars many of our B-Town darlings such as Shraddha Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Jackie Shroff as well.

Given the kind of posters and the news that has cropped up, one would assume that the makers are trying to pull off a Blade Runner 2049. But, if this source is to go by, Saaho will explore the standard template of a chor-police story, but with a bucket-load of grey elements added to it.

The source says, “The script of Saaho is essentially a chor-police drama where all the characters are grey. It’s true that Prabhas plays a cop in the film. However, the story is such that the audience will keep guessing until the end whether his character is an honest officer or a thief under the guise of a cop,”

Well, if what the source says is true, we certainly hope that we are kept on the edge of our seats during the show.
