Ranveer and Vaani opt out of Comedy Nights Bachao Taaza!

With Befikre‘s release just around the corner, both Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor are doing everything to make sure their film gets all the right publicity. But even with all the press con’s and designer stores they’re visiting, this duo opted to stay out of Bharti Singh and Krushna Abhishek’s ‘Comedy Nights Bachao Taaza’. This show has been making quite the news! That would have been a great thing for the show had it not been the negative publicity they recently received.

Earlier on, the show had multiple celebrities featuring on it but soon, the content started to become very distasteful and even insulting to a point. Bollywood actress Tannishtha Chatterjee, after appearing on the show took to her Facebook page to display her revulsion towards the show after her bad experience. The show made multiple racial comments and jokes on her.

Now, even after the show has let go of their roast format, their TRP’s are still dropping and many celebrities like John Abraham, Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor Khan have opted out of going on the show to promote their films.
