Ranveer Singh, Salman Khan Or Ajay Devgn – The best police officer is?

The role of Police officer in a Bollywood movie has been portrayed many a time and by very well established actors such as Amitabh Bachchan in Zanjeer, Salman Khan in Dabangg and Dabangg 2 and how can we forget Ajay Devgn in Singham and Singham Returns.

Now there is a new police officer on the block and that is none other than Ranveer Singh. He will play the role of police officer Sangram Bhalerao in the movie Simmba which also stars Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Ali Khan and is directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Karan Johar under the Dharma Productions banner.

Now, let’s look into the recent characters of Salman Khan as Chulbul Pandey and Ajay Devgn as Bajirao Singham.

Salman Khan as Chulbul Pandey

Gave us an officer who is corrupt to the core but will always do the best for the people hence he calls himself Robin Hood Pandey.

Ajay Devgn as Bajirao Singham

Gave us a police officer who believes in following rules and always doing good but when he says “aata majhi satkli” you know the bad guys are in for some serious beating.

Ranveer Singh as Sangaram Bhalerao

Has given us a small glimpse into his character with a video in which he says “Me star police Sangram Bhalerao, jo deto traas, tyacha me gheto class.” And by looks of it we can just see that Ranveer Singh was born to play this role.

Simmba, is the official remake of Jr NTR and Kajal Agarwal starrer Temper, which was a huge hit at the box-office.
