Rani Mukerji to do a film with Sanjay Leela Bhansali
Rani Mukerji had taken a break from films after she got hitched to her long-time boyfriend Aditya Chopra. The duo was blessed with a baby girl a year ago.
The actress was last seen in Pradeep Sarkar helmed ‘Mardaani’. If we are to go by reports Rani recently turned down a role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali‘s film. The actress has previously done movies like ‘Saawariya’ and ‘Black’ with the director.
A source told a leading daily, “SLB was very keen on having Rani on board. But since she didn’t want to play a similar character on the big screen again, he has now approached another actress.”
But Rani’s spokesperson clarified and said, “There is no truth to this at all. Rani Mukerji would never refuse a film from Bhansali. She is waiting for him to offer her something and she would do it in a flash. She is looking forward to working with him soon.”
We absolutely love the SLB-Rani combination and we hope to see them create magic on the silver screen soon!
