Ranbir and Katrina’s next finally set to hit the silver screen?

Anurag Basu directorial Jagga Jasoos’ prolonged wait has finally come to an end. The film was lined up to release in 2014 but has been delayed since then due to technical and casting issues.

Jagga Jasoos is said to be based on the famous comic character Tintin and stars ex-flames Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif. The duo was together when the shoot for the film begun, however, their relationship soon fell apart. Rumours were rife that the reason for the disruption of the film was Katrina and Ranbir’s personal fallout.

Nevertheless, Anurag Basu stepped in to clear the mess, asserting it to be his fault as they shot just for 10 days in 2015 and other reasons being, Basu still trying to pin down where to harmonise the 29 songs composed by Pritam for the film.

Jagga Jasoos comes to pass as a musical adventurous Rom-Com and marks Ranbir and Anurag’s reunion post the fruitful success of Barfi!

As of now, the film is slated to release this July but it’s something that has been fluctuating for almost 3 years now!
