Rajinikanth: I’d love to do a film with Salman if he says yes!

Salman Khan is a regular gate-crasher in Bollywood and his friends love him for that. Whenever he finds out that his friends are shooting at any studio nearby, he makes sure to drop by. Hence we were not very surprised when he gate-crashed the poster unveiling event of Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer ‘2.0’, uninvited!

Salman announced there, “I just wanted to see Rajini Garu. He is the most amazing man. I have a lot of respect for him. I wasn’t invited but got to know about the launch and came here.” At the event, the ‘Sultan’ star was not only all praises for Akki but also recalled an incident with Rajinikanth. He said, “We were once doing a shoot together – ‘Jhumma Chumma’. And when I went to the bathroom, he was there throwing cigarettes and catching it with his mouth. I asked him, ‘What are you doing?’ He said ‘There is a lot of wind outside, so I am doing it here.’ It was an open air concert and very cold and windy outside. So I went backstage to see if Rajini could catch the cigarette with his mouth in one go and he did it!”

The south superstar was really touched by Salman Khan’s gesture and when he was asked if he would like to do a film with Salman, Rajinikanth replied, “I would love to do a film with Salman tomorrow if he says yes to do a film with me tomorrow!”
