Priyanka Chopra may NOT be a part of Bhansali’s next!

Amongst her Hollywood commitments, it is known that the Priyanka Chopra will be a part of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gusthakiyaan, a film based on the affair between renowned poet Sahir Ludhianvi and author Amrita Pritam. Rumor mills were abuzz that along with acting in the said film, PeeCee will also be co-producing the Ludhianvi project along with Bhansali. However, a source close to the affair has a different story to tell.

The source says “As of now, they are mostly working together on Gustakhiyan, but only as a producer and actress. It will not be a co-production,” says the source. It’s not quite clear when Priyanka will get the time to do an Indian film. She has signed two other Hollywood films, which will keep her busy until the end of 2018. The insider adds, “If she is unavailable for an extended period, Bhansali may offer the role of author Amrita Pritam to someone else.”

Also, an another source reveals “Priyanka has already signed two Hollywood films and has the third season of Quantico as well. So, the dates she initially gave to Bhansali will now be taken up by her Hollywood commitments. Her team is currently figuring out new dates for Gustakhiyan.”

The source concluded by saying “When Priyanka gave her dates, Irrfan also adjusted his dates accordingly. Since the schedule has now changed, Irrfan’s date diary has gone haywire, too. Once Priyanka gives her dates, Irrfan too plans to accommodate the same in his schedule.”

Well well well, there are chances that Priyanka may not be a part of the said film, given her tight schedule.
