When Priyanka Chopra ALMOST ended her career!

The 35-year-old Priyanka Chopra has now made all of India proud, thanks to her body of work here and abroad, where she is clearly in the A-League too as of now.

But, this kind of feat was achieved only when PeeCee had to make some tough (or more specifically, naïve according to her) decisions, out of which came some seriously cinematic gems such as Aitraaz and Fashion.

In a recent interview, she spilled the beans on the same by saying, “While shooting for the movie (Aitraaz), people warned me that it was a wrong career move and that I would get stuck with vamp-type roles. It scared me like hell,”

But then, history repeated itself when Piggy Chops hopped on to the Fashion wagon.

She recalls, “I was told that girls did women-centric roles only towards the end of their careers to win awards. I was advised to work with big stars and do Hollywood tent-pole type movies,” 

She concluded by saying, “I was afraid that I took a wrong decision again, but the fact is that I did not know any better.”

Well, PC, one possibly couldn’t have anticipated the kind of success that you have now thanks to those films, but, you just went with the flow back then. That’s really commendable about you!
