Padmaavat: When a WHOLE CITY danced to Ghoomar!
Ever since Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ultra-ambitious project Padmaavat has made it to theatres, it has been creating one helluva frenzy in and outside India. Fans of the three leads, Deepika Padukone, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh, have been flocking into the cinema halls across the globe in spite of running the risk of, well, you know what.
While we have seen fandom and stardom speak for themselves via the box office numbers, what you’re going to see now is the gold standard of fan frenzy.
As it turns out, a few families of a certain Indian neighborhood in San Francisco booked a full show of the magnum opus for the entire locality, but, the admission to the cinema hall was on a condition: Come dressed up as Rani Sa Deepika Padukone and do the Ghoomar before the show starts!
Don’t believe what you just read? Check it out right here:
San Francisco Bay Area families bought a whole show of the movie theater (in Sunnyvale, California) to see Padmaavat and there was a dress code – “Every one should dress like Padmavati.” And before the show there was this dancing 👇🏼 pic.twitter.com/PKkEdbLXGx

This singlehandedly proves that there is NOTHING objectionable about the film whatsoever!
