Padmaavat is being regarded as one of the best works that Bollywood will see for a long time. While Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s grand vision and sense of Indian history have trumped everything else in the film, individual performances are being widely applauded as well.

Talking about character performances, while all three leads are being praised across the board, Ranveer Singh’s Alauddin Khilji is single-handedly sweeping away a majority of praises and is even being called the “Villian of the ages”

But, no matter how good an actor is, their character gets the additional X-factor only if their get up for the appropriate scene is on-point.
