OMG! Veteran actor Dalip Tahil arrested for drunk driving

Actor Dalip Tahil, whose full name is Dalip Tahilramani, of Buniyaad fame, was arrested on Sunday night by the Mumbai police for drunk driving. The actor was booked for causing injury due to rash and negligent driving. As per the reports, Tahil was under the influence of alcohol and rammed his car into an auto rickshaw, injuring two passengers.

As the Khar police reported to a leading daily, the impact of the collision caused the victim sustain a severe jolt to her back and neck. He also said that the vehicle speeded away after hitting and as the victims got out of the rickshaw, it fled towards Santacruz only to be stopped by the Ganeshotsav immersion process. However, the two passengers reportedly caught up with him and asked him to step out of the car on which the actor argued and shoved them.

The inspector was also stated saying that Tahil even refused to give his blood samples for testing alcohol traces.

Well, the actor has been reportedly granted bail.
