Not Vicky Kaushal, Ranbir Kapoor to star in Saare Jahaan Se Achcha?

Ever since Mahesh Mathai’s Rakesh Sharma biopic, Saare Jahaan Se Achcha was announced, the makers are on a hunt for an actor to play the title role. Initially, Sharukh Khan was supposed to play the role but the actor stepped out of the role as Zero tanked at the box office. Post that, Vicky Kaushal was rumored to be approached to play the title role.

Well, now the latest reports suggest the makers have finally roped in Ranbir Kapoor for the role. Sources further suggest that the Sanju star still has to give his nod to the project.
