Major relief for filmmaker Subhash Ghai, gets a clean chit in the sexual harassment case!
It seems like the MeToo movement is slowly losing its intensity in India. The movement, which was started by Tanushree Dutta on her allegations on veteran actor Nana Patekar, gave strength to many actresses to come forward and share their horrific stories and incidents.
But in the case of Veteran Director Subash Ghai, the allegations seem to be false, and as according to the latest news, his name has been dropped off from the MeToo list. The director, who was accused of Sexual harassment by TV actress and model Kate Sharma, can breathe a sigh of relief as the Mumbai Police found the case to be baseless. Later on, the actress had also withdrawn her complaint against Ghai citing her mother’s illness.
