Kareena Kapoor to begin shooting for Veere Di Wedding soon!

Sonam Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor starrer Veere Di Wedding has been delayed for quite some time. Earlier the movie got delayed due to Kareena Kapoor’s pregnancy, but now, Veere Di Wedding which was supposed to begin its shooting last year will finally go on floors in September this year.

Director Shashanka Ghosh reportedly went to Thailand and India to finalise the locations for the movie. A source close to the film reports “The locations are almost as significant as the characters. Of all the places he visited, he found Bangkok most appropriate from the story’s point of view. That will be the first overseas schedule. The film is essentially a road trip, so it will also move to a few other locations in Thailand followed by Malaysia and four cities in India.”

Veere Di Wedding will mark the comeback of Bebo after giving birth to her adorable son Taimur. Kareena is ensuring that she gets back in shape and looks fabulous like always for her Veere Di Wedding.

The story of the film revolves around four friends and their journey of self-discovery. The chick flick is adopted from the Hollywood drama, The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants. The film will also feature Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and the Wake-Up Sid actress Shikha Talsania in key roles.

Veere Di Wedding is produced by Rhea Kapoor, Anil Kapoor’s daughter.
