Kapil Sharma’s Firangi STEALS Padmavati’s release date!

Recently, the makers of Padmavati postponed the release date of the film. This whole incident left everyone in a state of shock and disappointment. But, it looks like this has turned into good news for Kapil Sharma and his upcoming film, Firangi, which will now release on December 1st, as opposed to the earlier release date of 24th of this month.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the news on his Twitter handle which read “Kapil Sharma’s #Firangi, which was scheduled to release on 24 Nov 2017, is now pushed to 1 Dec 2017… Directed by Rajiev Dhingra… Stars Kapil Sharma and Ishita Dutta.”

Firangi is set during the British colonial rule in India, the flick revolves around Kapil’s character Monga, who, unlike his villagers, believes that the British Raj is harmless.

Directed by Rajiv Dhingra, Firangi also stars Ishita Dutta and Monica Gill in pivotal roles.
