With Sony’s dropping TRP’s, Kapil has now come to be their saving grace – but that, with a price! A source tells us that the ace comedian is getting a whopping Rs. 110 crores with Sony TV.

A source revealed that, “Kapil is getting a whopping Rs 110 crore for his renewed year long stint with Sony and the makers are very happy with him and his show. They didn’t mind the pocket pinch because his show is the most profitable venture for them currently and they can’t let it go.”

The star is taking his entire team along with him and while Kapil will be raising the roof for Sony, we hope the leap of faith they’re taking with him is mutually beneficial!
