Kajol wants to romance Varun Dhawan in a film and we hope it happens soon!

Kajol is all set to return to the big screen with Helicopter Eela which is gearing up for its release this week. The actress will be seen playing mother to a teenage boy in the film. Meanwhile, Kajol, who is busy promoting her film off late, in a recent interview, was asked if she’d like to romance a younger star in a film.

As the time has changed and we have often witnessed elder actresses being paired opposite young actors, Kajol was quoted saying to a leading daily, “Of course, why not? But it depends on what the film would be about. I’ve no reservations, but the only thing that will make or break it for me is the script. If it’s great, then I’ll do it.”

On being asked whom would she pick from the younger generation as her co-star if given a chance, the actress without any second thought said, “It has to be Varun (Dhawan). He’s a sweet guy and working with him is a lot of fun. I had a great time with him during Dilwale. So, if I have to romance someone, it would be him.”
