Janhvi Kapoor shares the special advice given by her mom Sridevi

Janhvi Kapoor made a very successful debut with the smash hit movie Dhadak. She has been the topic of the town after she showcased her acting skills which were very well appreciated by the audience as well as the critics.

In a recent interview to a leading daily, the new star kid on the block revealed the ‘magical ‘ advice her mom gave to her on selection of films. Talking about of the process of picking up roles, the actress said, “But you have to create an impact with whatever little you get. If one can leave an impression [in such parts] on audiences and touch their hearts, then there’s nothing like it. That’s what mum [Sridevi] always used to say. She would tell me, ‘it’s never about the kind of role you get; you need to create magic with whatever is given to you’. I hope that I can get to that [stage] one day.”

After the successful run of Dhadak, Janhvi has bagged her second film, a period drama ‘Takht’. The actress will be seen opposite Bollywood actors like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Anil Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Bhumi Pednekar and Vicky Kaushal in the movie.
