Ishaan Khatter bags the BEST ACTOR award for Beyond The Clouds!

Ishaan Khatter’s debut performance as the male lead in Beyond The Clouds has been creating a lot of buzz since the day the film went on floors. And now, we have a yet another reason to be curious about the film, as it’s lead actor, Ishaan, is being hailed all across the Turkish film fraternity!

Yes, you read that right! Khatter (or more specifically, his character) has already bagged an award for his debut film Beyond The Clouds in the capacity of Best Actor at the Bosphorus Film Festival.

While receiving the award, he credited the trophy to his mother and the director Majid Majidi by saying, “This is an absolute honor. My mother is here in the audience — Everything I earn from my work will always, first and foremost, be dedicated to you. Thank you for giving me the gift of life and art. Firstly (for this piece of work) the award goes out to Majid Majidi – the masterful, wonderful, absolute legend of a man.. who trusted me and gave me this film as my first leading performance,”

While speaking about the same, Karan Johar, who will be producing Ishaan’s Bollywood debut film, Dhadak, also congratulated the star kid by tweeting the following:
