Did you know Ileana D’Cruz once rejected Salman Khan starrer film

Ileana D’Cruz won everyone’s heart in her debut film Barfi opposite Ranbir Kapoor. Her performance in the film eve earned her the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut. But not many know that she was first offered to debut opposite Salman Khan in Wanted. Wow, that was big, but what made the actress reject the film?

In a recent interaction, the Baadshaho actress said “I remember I had exams on back then. So when Boney (Kapoor) sir asked me to do the photoshoot, I was like I am sorry, I have exams on. I can’t. I didn’t think I handled it well back then because I didn’t understand the gravity of the offer. For me, it was all about finishing my exams.”

Well, Ileana’s this decision turned out to be good for Ayesha Takia.

On the work front, Ilena will be next seen in Raid opposite Ajay Devgn. The two are currently shooting for the same in Lucknow.

Raid is slated to hit the screens on March 16, 2018.
