IFFI 2017: Akshay Kumar to join Salman Khan for the closing ceremony

We had earlier informed that Katrina Kaif along with Salman Khan will be seen together for the closing ceremony of IFFI 2017 in Goa. Now apart from Salman and Katrina, Khiladi Akshay Kumar will also be seen as the guest of honour at the closing ceremony of the 48th International Film Festival of India (IFFI).

While speaking of the same Akshay Kumar said “IFFI 2017 has truly left a mark and presented cinema lovers with the best in national and international cinema. I look forward to attending the closing and bidding farewell to our guests from around the world.”

The event was kickstarted by Shah Rukh Khan. The 48th edition of the festival was attended by Sridevi, Janhvi Kapoor, Ishaan Khatter, Shahid Kapoor, Alia Bhatt among others.

The 48th Edition of IFFI, which started from the November 20, will see its closing ceremony today with celebs like Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Akshay Kumar, Twinkle Khanna, Sidharth Malhotra and many others.

On the work front, Akshay will be next seen in Padman which is slated to release on January 25th, 2018. After Padman he will be seen in the magnum opus 2.0 along with Rajnikanth. Akshay has even finished the shooting of Gold alongside television beauty Mouni Roy.
