HOUSEFULL 4: Anil Kapoor or Sanjay Dutt to replace Nana Patekar?

Touted to be grandest and the most expensive comedy of all time, Housefull 4 is also turning out to be the most controversial one. Just when we thought that the Nana Patekar fiasco was the only controversy the film would be surrounded by, at least three women accused the film’s director Sajid Khan of sexual harassment too. Owing to this, he decided to step aside from his directorial duties and he has now been replaced by Farhad Samji, who co-directed Housefull 3 with his then-partner Sajid Samji.

As far as Nana Patekar is concerned, he too is no longer associated with the film and will be replaced soon. And if sources are to be believed, the makers are planning to bring either Anil Kapoor or Sanjay Dutt to step into his shoes. The team will have to reshoot the entire portions they shot with Nana which would put them behind schedule by over six days. Let’s see who finally plays the actor’s role.

The film, releasing in 3D, is India’s first reincarnation comedy that will release on October 25, 2019, on the occasion of Diwali.
