Here’s the first poster of Raveena Tandon’s Shab
When Raveena Tandon was asked whether her revenge drama, Maatr will be her big comeback, she said that it certainly wasn’t as she has been on a signing spree for scripts which looked intriguing to her. Even before we could stop gushing over Tandon’s exemplary performance in her revenge drama, director and co-producer Onir recently dropped in the first poster of Raveena Tandon’s next, titled Shab on Twitter! Check it out below:
The movie, like Maatr, is once again based in the national capital which reportedly explores intense human relationships. The poster gives us a glimpse of the three main characters, with the beautiful Raveena Tandon at the right and debutants Ashish Bisht and Arpita Chatterjee, who is the wife of Prosenjit Chatterjee.
Raveena plays a fashion god who handholds Ashish, who is an aspiring model who is seeking help from Tandon in building his career. Arpita, on the other hand, essays the role of a girl-next-door who falls for Ashish. As the trio’s relationship is explored, the backdrop of South Delhi begins to play its part in deciding the fate of the main leads.
The movie will be co-produced by actor Sanjay Suri, who could be recalled for his power packed performance in Onir’s directorial debut My Brother Nikhil. If reports are true, the script of Shab was ready way before Onir began working on My Brother Nikhil.
Shab will hit the screens on June 30th
