Here’s how you can be the first one to listen to SRK-Diplo’s Phurrr

We had earlier reported that Shah Rukh Khan will soon feature in a music video along with American DJ Diplo. As soon as the news broke all of the SRK, as well as Diplo’s fans, were ecstatic. But wait there is a twist in the tale. All the fans who want to the song Phurrr will have to pay for it. Yes, this is the latest campaign by Sony Music India for their upcoming movie Jab Harry Met Sejal.

The makers will release a sample video of Phurrr on YouTube, along with the audio on August 3, however, the full song will come out later.

The song will be available on premium subscription, which ranges from Rs 99 to Rs 120.

Commenting on the same Shridhar Subramaniam, President Sony Music Entertainment India and the Middle East said, “The concept of ‘everything-free’ will change or rather needs to change to an ecosystem where some things will be free and other things will be paid. 

He further said,“The reason Phurrr was chosen is that it is the biggest project of the year with an international collaboration. So, we felt that if we are taking this step then we must do it with a very big song. We needed a big project with a must-listen song that had so much anticipation.”

Phurrr is composed by Pritam and produced by Diplo. The song will feature the Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma.
