Has Sanjay Leela Bhansali signed SRK and Salman Khan for his next film?

Sanjay Leela Bhansali, after completing the trilogy of the Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone hardcore dramas driven by passionate romance, is now busy with the idea of his next directorial, which promises to be as ambitious as his previous historic extravaganzas. The casting coup that he has in mind may make this directorial one of the biggest films in recent times, Why? Because he plans to reunite Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan after a gap of over 17 years. The news broke a few weeks ago as well, but this time, the sources seem more confident about the film.

A source recently stated, “Sanjay is contemplating a subject like Saudagar, in which Salman and Shah Rukh play friends who have a fallout and become sworn enemies, only to let bygones be bygones towards the end of the story to re-unite against a common enemy and for greater good. However, he’s being utmost cautious that it’s not seen as inspired from Subhash Ghai’s 1991 superhit starring Dilip Kumar and Raaj Kumar.”

Enough of cameos in each other’s films. it’s time to do a full-fledged films for both the Khans. Meanwhile, SLB also has plans to make a film on Gangubai Kothewali with Priyanka Chopra.
