Govinda’s claim about Sonali Bendre is just too shocking!

Govinda‘s next film Aa Gaya Hero has been one of the most awaited films for those who have been longing for a fresh dose of some Govinda Chaap Cinema. Since he has been doing a lot of interviews lately, he has been making numerous shocking revelations about the who’s who of Bollywood, such as Karan Johar and his Jodidaar David
Dhawan. Recently, in a regional comedy show called ‘Chala Hawa Yeu Dya,’ Govinda made a shocking revelation about Sonali Bendre.

Govinda stated that he had spotted Sonali Bendre first. He was on his way to somewhere when Sonali got off a rickshaw. She approached Govinda and said  “Namaskar Govinda, main Sonali Bendre.” In
response, Govinda complimented her for her beauty and asked if she ever intended to become an actress. “Aajaiye set par, aaj aap kaam karengi mere saath,’ he apparently said.

A leading tabloid reports “Sonali started out as a model before being selected for the Star Dust Talent Search. She was to be launched in a film called Ram to be produced by Sohail Khan, but she made her debut with his brother-in-law, Atul Agnihotri in Naraaz.” A source close to Sonali Bendre denied this claim as well.

We sit in wonder if all of it is Govinda coming in candid about the insides of the intriguing world of Bollywood or is it just a way of gaining publicity for his next film. Aa Gaya Hero was slated for release today, but we wonder what happened?
