Google CEO Sundar Pichai’s tribute to Sridevi!

When the news broke that veteran Bollywood actress Sridevi had passed away in Dubai it sent shockwaves across the globe.

Many Bollywood celebs were spotted visiting Anil Kapoor’s house in Mumbai to pay their condolences. When Sridevi’s body finally arrived in Mumbai for her funeral there was a mass gathering of her fans.

Arjun Kapoor and his sister Anshula Kapoor stood by their father Boney Kapoor in this tough time. Many Bollywood celebs also took to various social media portals such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to pay their tribute to Sridevi.

Sridevi has been part of immortal films like Sadma, Chandni, Lamhe, Gumraah and Nagina to name a few. Sridevi has done over 300 films so far in Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada. She is survived by two daughters, Janhvi and Khushi.

Her performance in Sadma was one of my favorites and have special memories of watching Sridevi with my family. She was a pioneer and an inspiration to so many of us. So very sorry for your tragic loss and may she RIP

The actress fell down in the bathroom and injured her head on the bathtub and later accidentally drowned in it. It happened at the posh five-star hotel, where she was staying.
