FIRST REVIEW: Father Salim Khan reviews Salman’s Tubelight!

Salman Khan’s Tubelight is undoubtedly the most awaited film of the year. Director Kabir Khan is aware of how much the audience expects from the film and is leaving no stone unturned to make sure he delivers his best.

Kabir Khan has always admired Salman’s father, veteran screenwriter Salim Khan’s work and has always made it a point to show Salim all his films before its release and work on his feedback. Salim’s inputs have always worked for Kabir. For instance, discarding the song ‘Aaj ki Party’ during the end credits as it would dilute the impact of the film.

Therefore, as usual, Kabir arranged for a special screening of Tubelight for Salim Khan. Kabir spoke to a leading daily about Salim’s reaction and said, “I showed him the first cut. He came out of the edit room and without saying a word, gave me a big, tight hug. Need I say more?”

Talking about the movie Salim said, “It’s a beautiful film. Kabir has made it well.” 

The screenwriter fell short of words to describe the movie and this is a proof of how good the movie will be. Until then, let’s wait for the teaser which will be out at the end of this month.
