First Look: Shahid Kapoor impresses as Maharawal Ratan Singh

After releasing the first look of Deepika Padukone as Rani Padmini the makers of Padmavati have released the first look of Shahid Kapoor from the film. Like Deepika even Shahid impress us with his look.

Shahid Kapoor plays the role of The King of Chittor Maharawal Ratan Singh in the film. And just like his name his look is also royal.

The makers shared the first image on Twitter and wrote ” “महारावल रतन सिंह. साहस, सामर्थ्य और सम्मान का प्रतीक. #Padmavati #MaharawalRatanSingh @shahidkapoor @deepikapadukone @RanveerOfficial,” The first look has Shahid with an intense look. In the second image, he is seen on a battlefield with his sword.

While the most striking feature of Deepika’s look was her unibrow and in this time its the scare on Shahid cheek that grabs our attention.

Padmavati is a period drama is based on the ruthless Alauddin Khilji, played by Ranveer Singh, and his attempt to capture the beautiful Rani Padmini of Chittor.

With such impressive looks of Shahid Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, we are eagerly waiting for the trailer of first look of Ranveer Singh from the film.

Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali the film is slated for release on December 1 this year.
