Farhan and Adhuna have officially split
The Bandra family court has finally approved actor Farhan Akhtar and celebrity hairstylist Adhuna Bhabani’s divorce.
Farhan Akhtar and Adhuna Bhabani have officially ended their 16 year old marriage as the Bandra court approved of their divorce. The couple announced their split last January and shocked the entire film fraternity.
The former couple who had filed for divorce last October at the Bandra family court had to wait for 6 months to get the divorce.
Farhan’s lawyer, Fazaa Shroff-Garg confirmed the news saying, “The divorce by mutual consent was allowed… by the family court in Bandra.”
Farhan and Adhuna have two daughters, Shakya and Akira. The custody of the kids is given to Adhuna but Farhan is allowed to visit them whenever he wishes to.
With rumours of Farhan dating Shraddha Kapoor and Adhuna being linked to Dino Morea’s brother Nicolo, this divorce might have made way for new relationships to flourish.
