Dus Ka Dum Episode 1 review: Salman Khan DISSAPOINTS!

The moment that all the die-hard fans of Salman Khan were waiting for dawned upon them just about yesterday, with the Tiger Zinda Hai star returning to the small screen with the first episode of the very show he debuted on the idiot box with back in the day, Dus Ka Dum.

But, little did we know that what we expected to be a total feast of a premiere episode would actually turn out to be a snore-fest.

Yes, you read that right! The first episode of the show that includes our very own Bhaijaan was an underwhelming affair, to say the least.

There was a powerful entry by Khan, a speech which spoke about what Dus Ka Dum did for him and how it eventually even affected his voice, his sly reference to the infamous blackbuck case by stating that Rajasthan is his most favourite state (wink wink!) and, of course, Khan being badgered with yet another marriage-question, which met with a witty reply one more time. But, these gems were few and far in between and more often than not, we found ourselves secretly wishing that the episode in question will catch up with the pace that we have known the show to have.
