DHADAK: Love for Ishaan and Janhvi grows at the box-office on Day 2!

Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor’s Dhadak opened quite well at the ticket windows yesterday, and despite the mixed response from the audiences, the love for the film has only grown at the box-office on Day 2. Taran Adarsh tweeted the second day collections on his Twitter timeline, have a look right here:-

#Dhadak witnesses SIGNIFICANT GROWTH on Day 2… Growth on Sat [vis-à-vis Fri]: 26.75%… Sun biz expected to be higher than Sat… Eyes ₹ 30 cr+ weekend, which is EXCELLENT for a film starring newcomers… Fri 8.71 cr, Sat 11.04 cr. Total: ₹ 19.75 cr. India biz.

With such a momentum, Dhadak, despite lacking the rustic charm and the shock value of Sairat, may turn out to be yet another profitable venture for Dharma Productions and Karan Johar a smiling producer. Let’s see whether this can go past Student Of The Year, another film starring new-comers that raked in 74 crores at the box-office!
