Desi Boyz John Abraham & Akshay Kumar friends no more?

Everyone knows that John Abraham and Akshay Kumar have been great friends for the last many years. Having worked in films like Garam Masala, Desi Boyz, Housefull 2 and Dishoom, where Akshay had a cameo, the two have always shared a great rapport. However, it seems their friendship has gone kaput, and the reason is Parmanu, John’s recently released film.

Actually, it’s no news that KriArj Entertainment’s Prernaa Arora and John had a public fall-out after which the actor decided to produce and release the film solely. Even though the film has been declared a success and in a recent interview, the actor even spoke about the people from the industry that supported him during his rough patch, which included Nana Patekar, Karan Johar and even Arjun Rampal, he’s upset that Akshay didn’t come out in his support.

Yes, Akshay has chosen to stay away from their legal and personal battle as he has good working relations with Prernaa Arora, and the two of them have given three consecutive hits- Rustom, Toilet-Ek Prem Katha and Pad Man. A source recently spoke about Akshay’s silence, “Akshay had no complaints at all about his association with Prernaa Arora. He saw no reason to join in John’s fight against her. Even otherwise Akshay likes to keep away from spats and controversies as much as possible.” Let’s see what lies in the future of Rocco and Hunter’s friendship!
