Deepika: Ranveer will always be an important part of my life!

Deepika Padukone is back in tinsel town and even before her plane landed she has managed to catch the media’s attention. Rumours are rife that Deepika and Ranveer’s relationship has entered troubled waters. But, Deepika has never come out in the open about her relationship with Ranveer. In a tete-a-tete with a popular daily, the talented actress shed some light on her current relationship status. Excerpts:

On being asked about all the focus on her personal life and whether she feels annoyed by it, she says, “Not at all. I always feel it’s about what you make of certain situations and your perspective to certain things. One person’s perspective on something doesn’t necessarily need to be mine too. And that’s the way I’ve looked at anything that has come my way. I never encourage any speculation or negativity.”

When probed about the rumours which suggest trouble between Ranveer and her, Deepika quickly quips, “Well, there’s nothing to respond to because as I said, I have never responded to such sort of things and I don’t plan to do the same anytime soon.”

Reportedly, Deepika fell in love with Ranveer during SLB’s ‘Goliyon Ki Raasleela, Ram-Leela’ in 2012 and speaking about her equation with Ranveer she finally says, “I have never commented on anything before, so I wouldn’t say anything even now. He is someone who has always been and will always be an extremely important part of my life. That’s never going to change.”

Doesn’t look like there is any trouble in paradise with this jodi. We surely like this wacky couple and hope they give us some more amazing movies together.
