Deepika nominated at Teen Choice Awards for her H’wood debut

From making a spectacular Hollywood debut in xXx: Return of Xander Cage to recently making stunning appearances at Cannes; Deepika Padukone has been one of the most talked about international stars over the past year. Well, Deepika has added an another feather to her hat. Deepika Padukone has been nominated in the Choice Action Movie Actress category at the Teen Choice Awards 2017 for her Hollywood debut film ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage‘.

Her portrayal of Serena Unger in the movie earned her major critical acclaim thus securing a much-deserved place for herself internationally and in our hearts.

Every year, fans from across the globe vote for their favourite stars for the category post which the final five are decided. Fans took to social media to nominate the Bajirao Mastani star for her action-packed performance in xXx and the nomination is proof of her growing fan base globally.

DeePee shares the category with Wonder Woman fame Gal Gadot to her xXx co-stars Ruby Rose and Nina Dobrev amongst others.

On the work front, Deepika will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s periodical drama Padmavati. The film also stars Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor. She will also be seen in Vishal Bhardwaj‘s next in which, she will be seen playing a mafia queen. Deepika has also been confirmed for the fourth part of xXx franchise.
