Can Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh be JAILED?

One of the many memorable events that the Gunday duo Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh have given us was the 2014’s charity roast event, AIB Knockout, which, admittedly, made us fall off our sitting places after one jibe after the other were taken either on them or by them. Amongst the many who had been a part of the event, there were Karan Johar (who was spearheading the event at the time), Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt and many more, who were either actively or passively taking part in it.

While the roast became a reason for many to roll off the floor laughing, some not-so-sporty folks were quick to point out the language usage and even filed one FIR after the others in the name of the ones who were present.

While we thought the whole episode was done with, it again has come back to bite the actors in the back.

Ti give you all a bit of context, The actors were booked in 2015 for allegedly using obscene and abusive language while participating in the AIB event.

And now, the actors have filed a petition yet again in the month that went by so that no forceful action could be taken against them after they received summons from the Pune police over the matter. Such a petition is called interim relief, which the actors have been denied.

Wondering why? A division bench that consisted of justices R M Savant and Sarang Kotwal directed the actors’ lawyers to serve a copy of the petition to Santosh Daundkar, a complainant in the case following which it will hear the matter. The court refused to grant interim relief till then.

So, does this mean that should things not pan out in the desired way, can the Gunday pair be in jail FOR REAL?
