Bollywood star kids are all the rage now-a-days. Some of them are even preparing for their Bollywood debut in full swing. But looks like their entry into the big world of Bollywood is giving their parents sleepless nights. And as a parent, it’s obvious as they know the pros and cons of this industry.
Having made their mark in the industry they probably know the struggle it takes to be at the top in this dirty industry.
Recently when Sridevi was asked about her daughter Jhanvi Kapoor’s debut the 53-year-old actress said that instead of doing films she would like Jhanvi to settle down and get married. Shocking! Isn’t it? But Sridevi knows how the industry works and how women are been objectified not only on the big screens but also in their personal life. And as a mother, this is definitely not a life which a parent would want for her daughter.
A few days ago, the media even had reported that Jhanvi Kapoor tried to seek the attention of Ranbir Kapoor at a party due to which Jhanvi and her mother were very upset. While talking about it to a leading daily, Sridevi said “Since it’s happening at the beginning of her career she isn’t liking it. Jhanvi was quite upset and I was like, ‘Welcome to this world’.
Likewise, even the Nawab of Bollywood Saif Ali Khan also said that he would prefer his daughter Sara Ali Khan to have a stable career rather than joining Bollywood. Like every father, Saif‘s care for his daughter seems to be common as it did take him also a lot of effort to make a big mark in the industry.
Another star parent on the list is Sunny Deol whose son Karan Deol will be making a debut in Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas. But as being a protective father the actor went a step ahead and will be directing the film all by himself.
