BLACKBUCK CASE: Trouble ahead for Saif Ali Khan, Tabu & Sonali Bendre!

The Blackbuck Poaching Case, which has been going on for over two decades now, has taken another turn in its already series of turbulent events. Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam Kothari were acquitted by the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate in April this year. Although the Court found Salman Khan guilty under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and was sentenced five years of imprisonment on April 6. He was granted bail on April 9.

Now, the Rajasthan Government has appealed against the judgment of the Court and challenged the acquittal of the remaining accused in the case. Additional Advocate Gen. SK Vyas recently stated, “A few days back, we received the sanction from the state government to appeal against the acquittal of Khan, Tabu, Neelam, Bendre and Singh. After the verdict, the public prosecutor of the trial court had given his opinion to the law department whether an appeal should be filed.” 

He continued, “The law department and the state government considered all the facts and they have given sanction for filing an appeal. The sanction came recently and we will be filing the appeal at the Rajasthan High Court.”

It seems tough times and troubles await the entire cast of Hum Saath Saath Hain!
