Blackमेल Box-Office update: Shows signs of growth

Blackमेल released on the 6th April and it was the talk of the town when the lead actor of the movie Irrfan Khan announced that he was diagnosed with Neuroendocrine Tumour.

The movie on its first day had a slow start considering that movie was not promoted enough and Irrfan Khan’s absence were the noticeable reasons.

Now according to film trade analyst on his Twitter, the movie has shown signs of growth. He believes that the IPL event that started yesterday was a major reason that proved to be a hurdle at the BO for Blackमेल. The movie had scope to perform better if IPL wasn’t in the picture altogether.

The dark comedy received mix response from the critics with many applauding the actor’s performance and others.

Meanwhile its all not bad news for Irrfan. His movie Hindi Medium has been doing very well at the Chinese box-office.
