Bharat: Is Priyanka Chopra REUNITING with Salman Khan?

So far, Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra have done three films together, namely Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (2004), Salaam-E-Ishq (2007) and God Tussi Great Ho (2008). While one of them worked wonders, the other two were train-wrecks. Anyway, if rumors are to be believed, Salman and Priyanka may be reuniting for the fourth time, and this time around, reportedly for Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bharat, where the journey of Salman’s character will be portrayed from the age of 17 to 70.

On the other hand, Priyanka has recently flown back to Mumbai after continuous schedules of her TV show, Quantico, whose third season has reportedly just been wrapped up. Chopra, who was last seen in Jai Gangaajal (2016), has been flooded with movie scripts, and now, she will presumably finally zero down on her supposed next venture.

Salman, meanwhile, has almost completed the shoot of his next mammoth Eid release, Race 3, and reports suggest he might have an extended cameo in the Varun Dhawan–Katrina Kaif-starrer Remo D’Souza directorial, which is being touted to be India’s biggest dance film till date.

Wait, if you thought that was all, Kick 2 was also announced for Christmas 2019.

As far as Bharat is concerned, it’s all set to be one of the most challenging roles of Salman Khan after Sultan (2016), also helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar. Having also worked with Priyanka in Gunday (2014), the director is very well aware of how the two actors function and their technique of going about their jobs. If he’s able to bring the two stars together, Bharat wouldn’t be anything less than a juggernaut.
